At Iberostar, we consider sustainability commitment as a fundamental pillar of our company. Therefore, after the renovation, we have implemented solar panels that allow us to produce a maximum of electricity and hot water sustainably, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions. We have also implemented Winnow, an artificial intelligence-based food monitoring system, to minimize food waste. All materials used in the renovation are environmentally friendly, with many of them coming from recycling.
