Iberostar Alcudia Park’s facade, in Mallorca, became local artist Joan Aguiló’s canvas in 2021. Since then, this mural painting has stood tall to symbolise Iberostar's dedication to marine conservation.
Joan Aguiló, a renowned urban artist from Palma, specialises in street art, graffiti, and large-scale murals. In this piece, he pays tribute to the Mediterranean seabed through vibrant colours and depictions of Posidonia, a protected plant endemic to the Balearic Islands.
The 177 square metre mural aims to raise awareness of environmentally responsible tourism and support for local communities.
Located on Playa de Muro’s beachfront (which was voted the best beach in Spain and the third best in Europe by TripAdvisor users in 2022), Iberostar Alcudia Park is the perfect destination for family vacations.
