The Judges highlighted our roadmap to achieve zero waste by 2025 and carbon neutrality by 2030. Additionally, our commitment to ensuring a 100% of responsible supply of seafood sourcing by 2025 was also cited as a highlight in our pledge. These goals represent not just ambitions, but tangible actions taken to redefine the role of the hospitality sector in creating a more sustainable world for all of us.
