This award recognizes our strong commitment to sustainability, our innovative initiatives and the significant progress we have made towards a greener and more responsible future.
The aim of these awards is to shine a spotlight on and congratulate companies that are actively contributing to sustainability and eco-consciousness through their businesses, while also serving as a source of encouragement and inspiration for other businesses in the industry.
The Judges highlighted our roadmap to achieve zero waste by 2025 and carbon neutrality by 2030. Additionally, our commitment to ensuring a responsible supply of 100% seafood sourcing by 2025 was also cited as a highlight in our pledge. These goals represent not just ambitions, but tangible actions taken to redefine the role of the hospitality sector in creating a more sustainable world for all of us.
